hey everyone! sorry i didnt get this up sooner… i just got home from play practice!

ok so today we worked in groups to figure out the characteristics of 3 different parallelograms: a rectangle, a rhombus, and a square

    characteristics of a rectangle include:
    > 4 congruent angles, or 4 right angles,
    and
    > diagonals are congruent in length

    characteristics of a rhombus include:
    > all sides are congruent,
    > diagonals are perpendicular,
    and
    > diagonals bisect each other

characteristics of a square include( all 5 characteristics of a rectangle and a square):
    > 4 congruent angles, or 4 right angles,
    > diagonals are congruent in length,
    > all sides are congruent,
    > diagonals are perpendicular,
    and
    > diagonals bisect each other

don’t forget to do the homework!!… 2 sided worksheet on the characteristics of parallelograms… and i think tomorrow the scribe should be… Caroline F

You should find the characteristics of parallelogram and a trapezoid. Please and thank-you.
